Payment Preferences

In the event of partial or full cancellation we will make every effort to relet the room.
If, however, we have less than two week\'s notice you will be liable to the first night\'s room fee, if the accommodation remains unoccupied.
If we have less than 48 hours notice of cancellation, and the accommodation remains unoccupied, we are legally entitled to charge up to 65% of the total cost of your booking as compensation.
Any deposit paid will be subtracted from these charges.
If we are able to relet your entire booking, we will return any deposit paid less an administration fee of £10.
We strongly recommend that you take out holiday insurance to cover you in the event of cancellation. |

Chic and peaceful! This is a rather special Weymouth b&b for adults only. Away from traffic noise, our one luxury guest room overlooks the terraced garden and has full en-suite bathroom with bathrobe and toiletries, and just the sound of the birds to gently wake you.
We overlook the beautiful Weymouth Bay and the guest room has a double-bed, mini-fridge, TV/DVD, free WiFi, and of course hot drinks.
We’re removed from the hustle and bustle of town yet only 6 or 7 minutes by car from the picturesque old harbour and ferry terminal for France & the Channel Islands. |
