In general,Lola\'s Bed and Breakfast is run as far as possible as a home from home with few restrictions and an emphasis on trying to meet the individual needs of guests. The house is ideally located for those wishing to take cheap day return trips to London, either for general sightseeing, or for trips to the theatre, opera,ballet etc. as trains run late from the main London stations. Touring the Kent and Sussex countryside,with masses of pretty villages, historical sites, churches,cathedrals and seaside towns all close to hand, is equally easy.
Contract workers away from home are also very welcome and may appreciate the chance to have generous home-cooked meals at a reasonable price or eat food they have purchased outside in the dining-room.
Gourmets might like to sample \"fine dining\" at Chapter One, a restaurant of some distinction,a few minutes\' drive away.
Elderly people,or those needing a little support,rest or convalescence after hospitalisation, can be accommodated on full board for a week or so. |
