Payment Preferences

1. In the event of partial or full cancellation we will make every effort to relet the room.
If, however, we have less than two week's notice you will be liable to the first night's room fee, if the accommodation remains unoccupied.
If we have less than 48 hours notice of cancellation, and the accommodation remains unoccupied, we are legally entitled to charge up to 65% of the total cost of your booking as compensation.
Any deposit paid will be subtracted from these charges.
If we are able to relet your entire booking, we will return any deposit paid less an administration fee of £10.
We strongly recommend that you take out holiday insurance to cover you in the event of cancellation.
2. Please note that the balance is payable anytime after arrival until the morning of departure.
This must be paid by cash or UK cheque only (no credit cards).
3. We are a totally non-smoking house and we do not accept pets or children. Babies up to one year can be accepted provided their parent(s) have brought a travel cot.
4. We do not accept advance bookings of less than two nights in July and August and over Bank Holiday weekends.
5. Guests staying on ROOM-ONLY basis must settle their account on arrival.
6. Check-in time is usually after 15.00 hrs and check-out is before 11.00.

Our non-smoking villa is situated about ten minutes walk from the beach and the South-West Coast Path in the heart of the Jurassic Coast, now a World Heritage Site. We are just over 2 miles from the centre of Weymouth, which can be reached on foot through the lovely Lodmoor Nature Reserve (RSPB).

We have one luxury double bedroom with a full ensuite bathroom. There is a TV/video, tea/coffee facilities, hair-dryer, radio/alarm and iron. There's free high-speed internet access for guests with wireless-enabled laptops. The silent mini-fridge will keep your drinks cool. |

The bedroom overlooks the Mediterranean-style garden and is an oasis of peace and tranquility. On fine warm days breakfast is served al fresco on the sea-view terrace. |
