Payment Preferences

Payment: We accept Visa and MasterCard, as well as Debit Cards. You can also by pay in cash with Euro, Sterling or US Dollar, or by UK personal cheque. Do not email your credit or debit card details. Deposit: We usually take a 10% deposit when rooms are booked. This is generally non-refundable in the case of cancellation. Cancellation Fees: If you have to cancel, we will attempt to re-let your cancelled accommodation but your deposit will not be refunded, unless exceptional circumstances apply. If we fail to re-let the accommodation, you are liable to 30% of the total charges if you cancelled within 28 days of the commencement of your stay, 60% within 13 days and 80% within 48 hours.
