Old Selden Farm is set at the foot of the South Downs in the village of Patching and within the new South Downs National Park.
The Farmhouse is a lovely flint and brick building with the B&B accommodation adjoining in the renovated outbuildings.
Overlooking farmland, this small and friendly Bed and Breakfast has six rooms, all with showers / WC ensuite. They all have underfloor heating, oak floors and are all easily accessible being on the ground floor. There is plenty of off street parking.
Close to the main A27 coast road but far enough away for privacy and peace & quiet but within 4 miles of the sea and beaches.
Located on the edge of Angmering Park Forest with it\'s criss cross of bridleways, trails and footpaths, we are ideal for exploring the South Downs whether by horse, Mountain Bike or simply by foot.
Arundel with its castle is our neighbour to the west, with Glorious Goodwood and Chichester not far and with Worthing & Brighton to the East. |
