Please note during bank holidays & from April - October one night bookings are not accepted.
Booking conditions & General Information:
Please note payments are accepted by cash or credit card. Bookings must be made directly with the hotel and are subject to availability. Please note that at the time of your booking you will be asked for a non-refundable deposit of £20 per adult & £10 per child aged 2 - 12. Regretably no refunds can be issued for departures made before the end of the period booked.
Large family parties (5+) will be requested to pay a non-refundable 50% deposit at the time of booking. Full payment will be due TWO WEEKS prior to arrival date. Please note we are unable to take bookings for \'Hen & Stag\' groups. |

The Chines is run by husband & wife - Steve & Shannon who look forward to welcoming you. We offer a friendly welcome & relaxing, comfortable environment, where every possible effort is made to ensure you enjoy your stay. We are only too aware of the needs of young families & are happy to assist with heating baby/toddler food, we have a high chair & travel cot available.
Our main aim is to offer \'a home from home\' where guests feel free to come & go as they please, to relax in the garden or lounge if they choose & not feel they have to venture out as soon as breakfast is over.
We are located in a quiet area - our noisiest neighbours are the birds! Our guests frequently comment on how quiet it is here.
Once out the front door you can easily walk to Alum Chine beach (about 10 mins) where you will find a children\'s play area, Italian restaurant & land train to Bournemouth pier & Boscombe not to mention seven miles of award winning beaches & lovely views across the sea to the Isle of Wight & Old Harry Rocks. |
