Situated less than two miles from Balcombe Railway Station on the London to Brighton line, yet a tranquil idyllic spot teeming with wildlife. You can sit in the delightful gothic conservatory having breakfast and watching the many birds feed, the woodpecker visits nearly every morning on the feeder immediately outside.
The breakfast is made with the finest ingredients and as organic and local as we can make it with homemade bread, numerous cereals, conserves and fruit available.
The rooms, one in the \'annexe\' with its own entrance and the other in the cottage, both with their own private bath/shower rooms, have a television and hairdryer.
Close by are NT Nymans and Wakehurst Place gardens and The High Beeches is within walking distance.
We are also close to Gatwick Airport with easy access to the M23.
