The acommodation is situated in the rear wing of the farmhouse, accessed from a seperate staircase. There is a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, chair, bedside table and lamp, and en-suite shower room. The window overlooks a pretty courtyard. |

Also available in the adjacent room is a dayroom, with a sofa-bed which can sleep another person, setee and chair, dining table & chairs, fridge, microwave, tea & coffee making facilities. There are 2 windows with lovely views of the gardens and surrounding countryside. |

|
Situated close to the market towns of Beccles and Bungay, and near to the pictureque town of Southwold. The seaside resorts of Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth, and the Norfolk Broads are all close by. |
