Originally the local lime-makers cottage, now considerably extended. All rooms are centrally heated, en-suite or with private facilities and views across the Dorset countryside. All modern facilities are provided. Guests arer wlcome to play croquet or just relax on the secluded lawns. |

Traffic-free walks through grassy vallleys to the coast at Lulworth, Durdle Door or Ringstead Bay. Nearby attractions include Monkey World, Bovington Tank Museum, Thomas Hardys cottage, Lawrence of Arabias cottage and numerous country walks. Bicycles are available. |

|
B&B includes a full English breakfast or a lighter alternatiive. Most special diets are avaialble by arrangement. Breakfast may be served on the patio in fine weather overlooking the Dorset countrside. We provide a front door key and there are no access restrictions. |

|
For eating out there is a local thatched village pub with restaurant, half a half mile away. There are other excellent pubs and restaurants within two miles and more at Lulworth Cove, about four miles by road and two and a half by footpaths. Weymouth and Dorchester are 15 mins. by car with Poole a half hour away. |
