The beamed accommodation is within the cob and timbered Linhay which forms part of the Listed 15th Century thatched Farmhouse.
It offers views of the valley over the formal gardens and the orchard. Both en-suite rooms together with the separate Breakfast Room, provide complete privacy in comfortable surroundings.
Just outside the pretty village of Sandford with its delightful old Pubs.
The exceptional landscape of Dartmoor and Exmoor National Park is readily accessible and the historical Cathedral City of Exeter is within easy reach. Beautiful walking country, tennis, golf, fishing, swimming nearby.
