From Fraserburgh Tourist Information Centre take the A952 to Aberdeen. After 6 miles pass New leeds signs and Rose Lodge is the first bungalow on the left hand side.
From Mintlaw take the A952 to Fraserburgh. After Kininmonth School, Rose Lodge is the last bungalow on the right hand side before New Leeds.
