Llandudno Bed and Breakfasts

If you are looking for a relaxing and tranquil place for a B and B holiday then the small town of Llandudno in Conwy may offer the perfect serene surroundings for you to enjoy. Located on the north coast of Wales above the northern tip of the famous Snowdonia national park, Llandudno offers an array of breathtaking coastal scenery and an ideal place for some excellent walking.
If you are feeling adventurous, why not take a rambling trip along the impressive limestone cliffs of the Great Orme where you can enjoy all the beauty of Llandudno’s fantastic natural wildlife and wild flowers. Whilst on your travels you can also visit the cliff’s many natural water wells or even take a trip underground in the remains of the region’s ancient copper mines thought to date back as far as the Roman occupation of Britain.
If you are a more elderly or less strong-legged visitor to the Great Orme, you can still enjoy the area by sitting back and enjoying the areas stunning sea views by simply taking the Orme tramway directly to the top, or take a scenic journey around the Orme’s Marine Drive either by car or coach. The younger, sporty and more adventurous visitors to the town may also want to try their hand at a spot of dry slope skiing, snowboarding and even a toboggan run at Llandudno’s Ski and Snowboard centre - which is open throughout the year (no snow required!)
If taking a sedate stroll along the beach front is more your thing, you may want to try a relaxing walk along either the shingle or sandy beaches of the north shore. The north shore area also houses Llandudno’s grade 2 listed Victorian pier - which has won several awards for its unique design. At almost 2,300 feet in length, the pier is also said to lay claim to being the largest in all of Wales, and indeed forms quite a spectacle emerging from the banks of the north shore.
The pier also houses all the traditional seaside visitor attractions you would expect from a British coastal resort including arcades, Punch and Judy, rides and other popular family entertainment. You will also be glad to know that this area of the town hosts a wide array of family friendly bed and breakfast accommodation and you’re sure to find something to suit you and your party’s own personal requirements.
