The seven staines mountin biking course is very popular and known worldwide for the quality of sport it provides. We have many visitors who enjoy the convenience of staying here and the facilities we provide. |

Historically, Dumfries is the place where Robert Burns lived, loved, and died, so there are his houses and mausoleum, and the Robert Burns centre provides a very good display and history of his works. Also our connections with J M Barrie who wrote Peter Pan and actually lived in the house next door whilst he attended Dumfries Academy. |
