Local attractions include The Giants Causeway and the ruins of Dunluce Castle where the Spanish galleas Girona (with three ships crews on board) foundered on the rocks and drifted on to the Giants Causeway before sinking. The treasure was retreived in 1967 and is on display in the Ulster Museum in Belfast. |
