Accommodation Booking Terms & Conditions.
A deposit of £20.00 per person is required upon booking.
The balance is normally due for payment upon departure from Pentre Stables. However, Pentre Stables reserves the right to request payment in full prior to the acceptance of a booking or prior to the provision of any services.
Cancellation of bookings:
If you need to cancel your booking, please be aware of the following:
Your deposit is non refundable but is transferable.
Should you have to cancel your booking within 2 weeks of arrival date, a charge may be made calculated as a percentage of the total booking value, if the accommodation booked cannot be re-let within the time.
Pentre Stables reserves the right to cancel a booking:
At any time prior to or on the booked date, if it considers that guests are not fit to be received, or if full payment in advance is not made / if when requested.
At any time prior to the receipt of deposit and / or written confirmation if there is, or appears to be, an unreasonably long delay before deposit and / or written confirmation is received.
Aside from the above provisos, cancellation of your booking, by us, will only occur in the event of circumstances beyond Pentre Stables' control.
Loss or damage to Pentre Stables' property
Pentre Stables reserves the right to charge the person, organisation or company that made the booking for loss or damage to Pentre Stables property, that is not due to normal wear and tear, resulting from that booking.

Bed and Breakfast Additional Details

Our B&B accommodation is newly built, in traditional stone, next to Pentre Farm-house.
All the rooms have been designed and furnished to a very high standard. They are light, spacious and very comfortable for an overnight stop or a longer stay. Each room has a selection of tea, coffee and biscuits plus a TV and all rooms are ensuite shower rooms. As well as beautiiful views of Brecon Hills.
Being a new build, we are awaiting our grading. As soon as our grading is completed we will update our star rating.

We have catered our rooms to maximise variety of room type. We can provide from single occupancy, all the way to family room accomodation and we have a disabled access room & facilities availlable on the ground floor, as well as self-catering accomodation. |

Full english breakfast included in the price as well as fresh fruits, cereal, toast. Evening meals are available locally at several good pubs and restaurants. |
|
|
As well as accomodation we are a long established riding stables that can offer horse riding treks with instruction and or lessons are available. Iif you prefer walking/hiking or just a relaxing time of it, the views are stunning and there are a number of differant activities in the National park.
