Please note that a £10 per room per night deposit will be required for all confirmed reservations. This can either be in the form of a cheque made payable to The Old Bakery and sent to the address above or by debit/credit card if you prefer.
Cancellations
The deposit payment of £10 per night is non-refundable
(although deposit payments in excess of the sum of the first nights accommodation may be refunded if the accommodation is successfully re-allocated). In the event of a no-show or a cancellation with less than 24hrs notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to 100% of the total booking value will be charged. |

The award winning 4 star and 2 AA Rosette Old Bakery Restaurant with Rooms is ideally located in the Uphill area of Lincoln, close to Lincoln Cathedral, Castle and many other points of historic interest in the Cathedral Quarter with its popular mix of original shops, cafes and public houses which are to be found on the Bailgate and Steep Hill. The surroundings at The Old Bakery are rustic, relaxed and informal.
In February 2006, The Old Bakery received the Lincolnshire Life Best Restaurant of the Year Award and was the winner in Tastes of Lincolnshire Restaurant Category.

The Old Bakery rooms which belong to the sister company of The Old Bakery Restaurant have been awarded a 4 star Quality in Tourism Assessment Rating.
All rooms have a colour TV, radio/alarm, central heating, tea and coffee
making facilities and hairdryers and are comfortable and well appointed.
Ensuite facilities are available with freshly laundered towels provided daily for all guests. Ironing facilities are also
available on request.
For the comfort and safety of our guests all rooms are non-smoking.
We have an undercover lock-up area available for bicycles and an enclosed courtyard suitable for motorbikes (please state your requirement when booking).
